This app has been fairly easy to use and straight forward!

Why should I have to pay a service fee to pay rent? The apartment management should eat the cost if they wish to use this platform
Certain features
Great app, certain features seem to have a bug. Whenever someone posts to the community bulletin it’s unreadable. Clicking links to the bulletins leads to “no messages on the bulletin”
Appfolio is better
Can’t even attach photos to wo’s and you have to say YES to allow entry into unit for any maintenance request even if they don’t have to come in. Payments page is messed up a requires big red notices to explain balances. .95$ fee to use a checking account? Not cool.
