Trouble connecting through network
Whenever I’m not on my WiFi it says offline and won’t connect to my garage. This just started happening. It was working before so I’m not sure what changed. It only works when I’m on the wifi. Help please?Gabriel Rivas

Love it. Schedules are a little confusing to access.
Create a “cat opening” option so I can tap that and it opens the garage 6 inches so my cat can get in and I don’t have to push the buttonSpiderwebwebb
These don’t work with Alexa anymore.
After spending quite a bit to outfit my house with these bulbs they no longer work with Alexa. The company has no customer service. Avoid these lights at all costs.JerSolo
Unable to link skill in Alexa
No longer able to control lights with Alexa. Deleted and reinstalled and now skill will not link in alexa. This is so frustrating and inconvenient.Kad Evans
Now won’t connect to Alexa
All working fine until yesterday. Now only echo devices work with Alexa. All lights (Ewisehome) have stopped working. Try to reinstall the skill and connect with ewise but it will not.

Not compatible with Alexa
I follow the instruction in eWisehome app to setup the skill in Alexa. I searched eWisehome in Alexa’s skill section then input correct user email and password. But Alexa showed it cannot link with eWisehome skill while my Alexa can link with other brands’ smart devices in the same way.OscarUK89
Works! But…
Good app but for some reason it asks for your location every time you run it. Don’t know why they need that, especially for a garage door- so I shut it off. I also shut off photographs access and camera access once my display photos were chosen. Just be careful -but it does work.Nick111111111k

From the app, I can’t figure out how to open or close the garage. I can only do it from the last event that shows up on my notifications page. So it works but I wish it worked easier from the app.cc_416
It works every time.
Not much more to say. Easy to use. Easy to set up.
Love that it will close the door automatically if I forget.dyasman
