  • Some glitches noticed in past two weeks

    LOVE THIS APP.
Problem is on a Saturday recently the app didn’t work all items were offline. So I reset router and internet to see if that worked. It did for that day then the next day or so it seemed to be offline one or two items and today it was a handful again while I was away from home. When I got home I was going to retrain as the instructions requested but when I opened the app in front of the first device I was going to reset ALL items changed from offline to online as the app opened. I asked my wife to check her app as she was not home and it showed all offline. :0/
As I told her 80% of the time we are home using the app so not a real big deal but she wanted to turn on some lights since we were both away from the house…

Oh well I figure this will be a glitch that is discovered and fixed.

    Thank you!
  • Do Not Buy

I have 2 houses where I standardized on TreatLife switches. Everything was working great until an update from them. They only have email support out of China. It takes weeks and months because they don’t respond quickly. They cannot support the issues that I am finding at both houses. Ceiling Fan switches that worked before won’t work. Scheduled to turn lights on and off that worked before don’t work now. These are expensive and to have no support is atrocious. I am disgusted with the response and how much I have invested in switches that now I must buy something else.

Save yourself the time, effort and frustration and buy a different product.
  • One user only and other dumb things…

I set it up on my phone but when a family member sets it up it removes me. And back and forth. Only one persons can control switches. Also I can’t access all features unless I fill in the “complete the account” section.
A blank field says “enter the account” but doesn’t give me a clue what that means. Is it a phone number, do I make something up, is it my dog’s name? I clicked on FAQ for an answer but guess what…? It blocks me from the FAQs until I finish the “complete the account” section!
I shouldn’t have to Google what the Account means in order to get into their FAQ section to find out what the Account means. Dumbfounding.
