    Kenya is a wonderful customer service representative for your company! She helped me twice due to my errors and did so fast and with the best and understanding attitude. Never have I had someone so courteous and pleasant to deal with! Great hire ZOX!

    I have used the ZOX app and completed orders there many times; never an issue. I especially like the favorites option so I can save the bracelets I like.

    No matter which payment method I choose, checkout gets stuck on the shipping address.

    I have never got the app the open for me. I’ve reloaded it several times but always get the opening logo screen and nothing else.
  • Good product but poor app and customer service

    My first order was fulfilled and arrived a week later. I am happy with the products that I got. Later I got an email with a Spring clearance offer so I decided to place another order to take advantage of the discount plus the free gift when spent over $50. The gift option did not show in the app. I accidentally clicked the order submit button. I emailed the customer service if there was a way to add the free gift. Then I wrote another email asking to cancel the order when I came to my senses that I did not need so many bracelets. No one got back to me for a couple of days. By the time they got back to me they said the order is shipped and there is nothing they can do. Now I have to wait for the package to arrive, and resend the package spending my own money to get a refund. I am annoyed by this whole situation.
