Not like the website
The website has way more items than is listed in the app. It’s hard to navigate in the app. Why have notifications if you aren’t going to notify me of new item drops? Everything is sold out and I have no way of knowing when new designs are listed so I can get them before they sell out. It’s so frustrating to use the app that I just use the website instead. Fix the menu so I can narrow my selection down instead of having to click through multiple pages to find the wide bands or whatever.EVIL VW

While I was sitting in the emergency room with my son who came in from a bad car accident I was scrolling on my phone and a ad came up for these bracelets I almost cried because they had the perfect ones for him being that he injured his leg really bad and he plays football in college so these were perfect and when he came home from the hospital and they arrived in the mail and I gave them to him he was so thankful for them he said he loves them!Topaz 40
Won’t let me check out
I try to checkout using PayPal, putting in my cc and Amazon pay and it won’t let me make a purchase! Just deleted it and reinstalled it, hopefully that fixes itDedi601

These bracelets are are wonderful. The other week I met a women who was wearing “My Story Isn’t Over Yet” (I have the same one) she told me that her reason for it was because she beat cancer and her story truly wasn’t over yet. These are sentimental pieces that can mean so much to people would highly recommend.🌈 cow
Can’t login with Google
The app doesn’t let me login with Google. My account was created that way, I do t have a password. Which means I can’t login I. The app, just on the webpage!Leozao7

I have seen countless ads for these bracelets and thought what was the big deal. Then one day I was I was wanting something sentimental for my oldest daughter who works two jobs and she is a full time college student studying Culinary Arts and I decided just to look here and or purchased Love you to the moon and Believe in yourself. I love the idea of having a ZOX app. However, the app never logs me in. When I attempt to purchase from the app, it circles me around multiple times and frustrates me so much I have to go on the website to place an order.Kat!ebugg<3
No photos
Maybe it’s just me but 90% of the straps don’t have photos, they all have the same picture of like a hand and arrows pointing to the same strap. Do love their products very much though. Hope this is just a glitch that needs to be worked out.Coacoa21
