Can’t log in
Every time I login on the app it goes back to the login pageBignosecracker
Terrible!
The last update has so many bugs! The app constantly kicks me off after every time I reply to one of our customers. Sometimes when it kicks me out I even have to re-log in. It is very frustrating to have to answer a questions then get kicked out and repeat especially when our company gets busy! It takes forever to load and even after it loads I get a blank white screen that says all chats are closed when they are not! Also the notifications on this are never accurate! Terrible app! If our company wasn’t requiring us to use I would delete!Jshak0922
Crashes on login
XS... Crashes on login every time. Tries uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue. Also, it’s not super clear when I should use Inbox vs. Chat. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯justinb1972
Pretty decent service
Last update is much faster. Don’t know how did they do that, but it’s like on amphetamine 😀SupportHero
