App doesn’t work
I keep getting errors on when i want to pay or place the order. This happens not just a few times but more often then not. It’s honestly not even worth the time to use the app. Better to go in person and just get the food to go. The app doesn’t work 90% of the time and it’s very frustrating setting up your whole order for it to not go through at the very end. Would strongly recommend not using.Show lessDeveloper Response

I love the food but struggle with the app. My wife and I get the same thing every time (and from the same location every time), but I'm rarely ever able to reorder. Whenever I go to my previous orders and hit reorder it tells me something about resetting the location, and then takes me to my cart which is empty, so I have to type in the whole order. Kind of defeats the purpose of giving a "reorder" option. Please try to fix this.Show lessDeveloper Response

Rewards program only works if I give you my credit card information?? What’s the reason for that? Feels predatory. I rather be able to just scan a barcode when im in the store ordering. Scanning my receipt after that fact is so annoying.Developer Response
