Choose wisely

If you get the right writer the app is a lifesaver and wonderful however their are a lot of fraudulent writers on the app the the customer service is absolutely terrible by far the worst I have ever seen so when a writer is not doing their job properly or fails to do it just expect for it to be nearly impossible to receive a refund, some of the writer are also people who are from Africa and are not the strongest American English writers so their may be many grammatical errors in your project this can be fixed with grammarly I suggest reading writers review extensively and not to hire at writers with no reviews I also suggest the use of a writer called competent writer he gets jobs done fad and efficiently I receive no problems when he does my work and gets it done on time he’s the only writer I can guarantee your work will be completed overall just be find a good writer before you make a deposit cause it will be ver hard to get the money back

CAUTION !!!!!!

i have been asking for a refund for about a month now and they just keep asking me for the same information or say they have to check with admin anytime i ask for an update and then never get back to me. it’s a new person i’m talking to each time and the way they talk is really unprofessional. i’m honestly convinced that it’s a scam. i’ve been told to give them 24 hours to process and then 24 hours goes by and i check in again and then they want 48 hours and then 48 hours goes by and they continue making excuses. i’m extremely infuriated. i want my money back. they do not keep their word about their refund policy. i don’t suggest this app at all but if you do decide to download it be careful how much you pay because if you don’t get the assignment or are unsatisfied they’ll never send you your refund or even process the request. they’ll just keep lying and stalling. really really really disappointed. i’m not a hateful person and i hate that i’m even writing this but this is the worst customer service/app i think i’ve ever used and i'm really upset because they’re just keeping my money and not giving it back. i would honestly give 0 stars if that was an option. :/
