Unfortunately, I have never had an easy experience at all. Each step is just failure.
There are lots of bugs that are very obvious to find out. These failures make me think that nobody put an effort to test this app. You need big team of QA testers.Malikazad

Уважаемый гражданин, сообщаем Вам, что путём последнего обновления приложения все проблемы были устранены. Просим Вас сообщить нам, о том что, решена ли ваша проблема или нет и о проблемах, если они были обнаружены.Полнейший ужас!!!
Помимо того что зайти в приложение это большая удача,так еще и заполнять декларацию невозможно!! Или удалите эту систему,или же доработайте!Lama_Quinn
System log in error
I was thinking that below app will ease my life, but became very frustrated, as log in is very slow and taking ages. After several attempts I thought that finally I could enter the app, however my happiness lasted 5 seconds, system displayed error. I’ve wrote a mail to mentioned e-mail, hoping to get reply soon and awaiting that the problem will be fixed asap.Show less1es1ey

Authorization done as web page in mobile app!!!
Page does not display correctly on moble phone - overscaling. Why i should select traffic lights or fire hydrants,.. over and over again to login?!

Awful does not work
Don’t bother ordering anything,it will be stuck in customs if you have a TRP as you will not be able to register on the app. No options to request support. Absolutely awful.MCBaku
