It’s literally quicker to drive 30 min to a train station to buy the ticket, rather than wait for the app to load the prices up and let you purchase the ticket

Wyjechałem na czas na stację, nic na apce nie pisze a pociąg 60 minut opóźniony jak dojeżdżam, mogłem 60 minut później wyjechać. Apki w innych krajach piszą a wogule to w innych krajach mniej jest spóźnień.

I thought the website was bad and then I tried the app. Login doesn’t work.

Impossible to make a payment
I tried multiple times to purchase the tickets and payment always failed.
I contacted my bank and they approved the transaction and it was shown as it went through, but I could not still purchase tickets.
Very frustrating.
Something needs to be done in order to app work properly.
Also, no way to contact someone by email or to get help.

Dlaczego nie można dodać biletu do Apple Wallet???
Can’t pay
Like others I’m unable to pay for tickets through the app
Payment failed. App won’t be functional until this is fixed.
I’ve tried paying multiple ways but the payment doesn’t go through. To be fair the actual interface of the app is really nice but without being able to pay, no point in using it.
Unusable in English
You can’t get past the terms and conditions in English. There is no acceptance button and terms are all in Polish
Useless piece of junk
Can’t pay. Keep getting “Verifying the answer from the mobile network operator”. What the heck does it even mean? Should I get off wifi? (Doesn’t help) Do I need to be on a polish cell operator?
