Messed up.

This app is messed up. It shows open when closed, closed when open. Sometimes half up or half down. I also have MyQ on two other houses and it is so much better. I will be replacing this unit.

Functional and easy to install

I use these on custom exterior home openings in the Hamptons NY for my clients. Plug and play with no issues. Even asked cust Svc to push firmware to use a dry contact instead of the laser for some applications. Tech support has never failed me. Maybe it’s easy because this is what I do all the time. Door won’t close, stopped working

I can get the door to open but it doesn’t close, tried to reset the device several times and add the door again and it won’t complete the setup process gets all the way to the last step of authentication and fails. So tired of investing in things that just stop working. Tried the help section of the app, let’s just say it wasn’t helpful. Also, Alexa skill stopped working.
