I like this these watch but you might need add the passcode on watch so people won’t get in my watch so please add the passcodealexman1667
Syncing
I find that this app I have to reset once a week. It will stop syncing and it means I lose data. Not impressed. It will also not let me upgrade firmware as the the other reviewer. 😡Unkown Sb
Does not notify with text messages
This app is great, except it doesn’t sync notifications through sms/iMessage. I get notifications for every app except that one. Every update, I wait for them to fix the issue, but they never do. If this gets fixed, I will rate this app 5 stars!User193$483&3
Upgrade
The app says it needs an upgrade but it won’t actually let me and just says error please try later. I have tried numerous times to do it and just keeps coming up. Don’t know if it’s because I use an iPhone but there’s no way to ask for help about it.

The watch faces are terrible and the app won’t update ever!! I am getting rid of this watch just because the app! It’s a shame because the watch is so nice, the potential for it to be awesome is so much for the better.nana8855

Can’t upgrade firmware
I’ve had this watch for about a year. I need to upgrade the firmware but I’m unable to. I keep receiving an error message. I can’t get help on their website because I don’t know how to change the language to English. There isn’t a CONTACT US button within the app.Kaheke
Will not sync
Only about 2 months old and will no longer sync.. nice appearance as a watch but fairly useless to track anything elsedoesnt work already
