No way to log in except Google or Apple?

I am not seeing a way to sign up and log in with my email and a password, the only way is with a Google or an Apple password and I prefer not to use those.

works okay but terrible UI

There is a lot to be desired from this app still. I’m surprised it is such low quality given the expertise of the team.

For example:
- in the biofeedback session it should show the time elapsed/remaining.
- The “feedback” HR graph is awful and doesn’t show the interpolated curve, just some stepwise measurements. It could really use auto scaling too! Not much better than paced breathing.
- I have slightly larger fonts enabled in my OS settings and it makes this app look awful. Lots of the text gets cut off, but I figured out I can scroll.

Just another thief masquerading as a tech company

There is a list of approved devices on their website. There is a number of . The Viiiiva (stupid name, I know) is listed on their website as approved, It is connected to my phone via Bluetooth 4.0 and when I try to use the app it doesn’t work. I suspect it would work perfectly if I spent another $50 on their proprietary measuring device. I don’t have the money. I’m trying to treat my ptsd while still paying off my cancer bills.

Victoria

I started using the biofeedback training about 6 months ago and have seen my HRV steadily improve! I also love to use the morning reading to gauge what I can take on that day. It’s an amazingly accurate indicator of what’s happening in my life both emotionally and physically. I feel empowered by this information and have built increased capacity and resilience using the mindfulness and biofeedback components. Thank you for such a useful app!

Does what I need

Been using this one for several months. It’s a great app for taking and tracking my HRV each morning. It’s simple and gives me the info I need. With the biofeedback training I’ve learned my personal RF breathing rate and seen gains in my HRV because of it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to track HRV and improve it

Very suboptimal

Lots of functionality and user interface problems. It doesn’t even read much for HRV metrics. No free trial should have been a heads up to me. One month subscription got flushed on this one. And I spent flat out over 1hr trying to get it to work with my Bluetooth Polar H10 chest monitor (approved per their website) . I finally got it to work but then again it couldn’t find my device. Before that I disconnected all others, uninstalled, reinstalled , bla bla bla, but still the tech problem persisted except that once. Even then the reading was so bare in metrics, plus with no analysis. The app UI is lame. And lit so many other problems. And no real tech support or even support info. They promote their little YouTube channel by referring you there from the website for more info on the app usage, and then the content there doesn’t help you troubleshoot either. Big disappointment. So far I’m using Welltory the most and then the Polar apps.
