We’ve heard from many users that progressing from the 10-day “Journey To Yoga” program to the 30-day “Yoga 30 for 30,” then to the more advanced “Level Up 108” series is a great way to progress and feel a sense of accomplishment. Of course, make sure to supplement with other styles such as gentle, yin, meditation, etc. along the way!
