Description of FlightReady Flight Manager

This app will require iPadOS 17 beginning January 1, 2025. After that date, users with iPadOS 16 must update to the latest iPadOS to continue to use this app to submit flights. This app is for enterprise customers who use FlightReady TOM to manage flight operations, and requires users to have an existing FlightReady account that is linked to that organization. If you experience any technical issues using this app, please review the common issues listed below before contacting support. If you need help, tap the Support button on the login view or main menu view. Username or password incorrect The information you entered does not match any account. Accounts are manager by your flight school. If you forgot your login information, please contact your flight school. Login Issues: Forgot Password If you forgot your password, enter your email address, then tap Reset Password. If an account is registered under that email, an email with a password reset link will be sent to that email address. You must enter the correct email address associated with your account, and your account must have been confirmed. If you have never used your account, you must confirm it before attempting to change the password.To confirm a new account, follow the instructions in the welcome email. If you do not have access to that e-mail, please contact your flight school. Login Issues: Forgot My Username The username is the email address associated with your account. To recover your username, please contact your flight school. Login Issues: Did not receive verification email A verification email is sent when you confirm a new account or request to reset your password. The purpose of this email is to ensure that you have access to a valid email account. This email is automatically sent to the same email address associated with your account, and may take a few minutes to arrive. If it does not arrive within a few minutes please check your spam or junk mail filters. Aircraft weight and balance not being accepted If the app does not accept the information you enter, then the information you entered is incorrect. Confirm that you are using the same starting empty weight and balance that is displayed in the app, then check your calculations.

  • Slow and disorganized

    Horrible app as are most of the flight ready apps! If you are having problems with the app, forget getting any assistance. I sent a detailed email stating the problem I was having after being directed by the company I work for to do so. Their response was a link to their troubleshoot page referring me to go speak with my company. I had already followed their troubleshoot page before going to their support page. Whats more frustrating is my company couldn’t fix the issue and were the ones asking me to submit the report. Got sent in circles and nothing resolved. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with flight ready and I’m sure it won’t be the last. My advice stay far away from flight ready. There are far better apps for studying flight material.

    If your flight school directed you to us to resolve your account issue, that was incorrect. We do not have the access or authority to make such changes. This is not a public app where anyone can download it, create an account, and use it. It is restricted to users who are given access by their flight school. Accounts are managed by each flight school, and not by our company. The fact that we developed the app does not give us the legal authority nor the access required to create accounts for your school, modify privileges, or make any changes to user information. We also have no way of verifying a user's employment relationship with any organization in order to fix any errors the flight school might have made in configuring an account. As I explained to you when you contacted us, and as clearly stated in the support page, we cannot make any changes to your account. We can only assist with technical problems with the app itself (what we own and control), and you did not report a technical problem. For that reason, we redirected you to your flight school. Your flight school did fix your access after we redirected you back to them, and you did have access to the app when you posted your review.
