We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and want to clarify the situation. The app is managed through flight schools, not directly by us. While we developed the app, we do not have the authority or access to create accounts, modify privileges, or verify employment relationships. These account-related matters must be handled by your flight school. When you contacted us, your issue was account-related, not a technical issue with the app itself. As explained in our response and outlined on our support page, we cannot make changes to your account and directed you to your flight school for resolution. We understand this process can feel frustrating, but your flight school was able to resolve your access issue after we redirected you to them. We appreciate your feedback and hope your experience improves now that the issue has been resolved. If you encounter any technical problems with the app itself, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.
