I really like this game and the english voice lines of some are pretty funny, but the ranked matchmaking is so unbearable and makes it really hard to want to play. I just hit superstar V and now the ranked matchmaking takes me up to 20 minutes just to play one game. I am not able to my events or get real far in the road to glory section. Please allow me and any others in the NA servers to join other server world wide. Thanks.Show lessYoosirnaim
Never fixed wait times
They gave up on North America server I saw a review where the developer replied to someone complaining about the wait time saying they would look into it ranked matched for me take about 30 minutes before bots kick in and allot of the game rewards are tied to ranked matches also if you don’t have an ultra or legendary character built up you will lose every ranked match above ultimate ace so imagine waiting 30 minutes just to lose a game and your rank you play about 2 games an hour all I can say is I really love the game but the moment Kirin comes out na I’m leaving forever unless they do somethingShow lessTavorachorex
Best Mobile game of all time!
This game has to be one of the best ever. The only reason I am giving this 4* instead of 5* is the 20 character limit in chat forces people to spam and so the servers appear dead cuz nobody talks except in pm. I would either change the 20 character limit to 100 or reduce the amount of allowed time between messages. Other than that, gameplay is flawless and f2p is definitely easier than other mobile games!Show lessDarhaven

I’m having trouble with the game. It would like login me in after loading but then it would be saying that the connection to the server has been lost, please login again. Is it because I picked North America? Is that why it say that? Please fix the game it was working before but now it’s not.Kai brothers

Too much time waiting for ranked match( put bots with a high difficulty to fill whats needed instead) and I’m trying to join a club from South America and I just can’t. My server is from America 1 so is that the problem on why I can’t join them?!..and if I change server I lose my progress?! Any way to take my progress to another server?!?!? For me those are my main problems. Everything outside of that is great. Hope you can illuminate my doubts.

Good game overall, but there is a server problem. I wanted to create an alt account on the NA server but it said “server is full” even though there is only one server? There arent that many players in the NA region anyways and if the server really is full, please create a second one like the other regions (TW, Europe, etc) Also matchmaking could be a little faster in rank, ever since i reached UA, i have to wait like an hour to get a game, and thats being lucky. Pretty good game overall, but there are still bugs. Like sometimes i finish tasks, but i cant claim the rewards, like it says claim and I tap it, but nothing happens. It happened during the tutorial and it’s happening now with my disciple stage task. Also, the gamr could probably be more informative as the School Treasure Festival advanced rewards ($9.99 pass) ended too early. They didn’t say when the deadline to purchase it was, so I missed it. This game is so amazing. It’s loyal to the original anime, and every character’s skills are all based on the original story. I can tell the game design team worked hard to preserve that Slam Dunk authenticity.
Too bad I just found out about this game after I visited Japan in 2023. I wish I have known it earlier, then I would have had a better time during the pandemic.Show lessGolden Blade

Honestly this game could be so so much better than it is. Dunks are nigh unblockable, you dont get rewarded for playing defense people make deep threes in your face even though the shot should’ve been blocked, its never a sure way to get ultra players. Rukawa is unguardable doesnt matter if you jumped with him to block him he still dunks over you like come on. I get this is based off the anime but at least try to be fair. And Im a Rukawa player but I hate playing as him because of how op he is. You also miss shots from 3 feet from the rim just because, don’t matter if your open or not. There’s alot that needs to be fixed, but overall it’s a decent mobile game.Show lessDon Bambi
