Furthermore US and Imperial fluid ounces, gills, cups, pints, quarts and gallons. * Units of Weight: Kilograms (as well as grams and milligrams), pounds, slugs and ounces. If you think that’s not enough: Let us know! If you think that’s too many: Never mind! Just don’t select them in the menu and they won't be displayed! INGREDIENTS DATABASE Is a cup of salt heavier than a cup of flour? Certainly so! The Useful Units Recipe Converter knows the density (yay, science!) of more than 300 of the most common baking and cooking ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about these things when converting.
