  • fix recruiting PLZ

as countless others have said the recruiting part of the game is horrible. this is a fun game and i love to play it. But when i have a couple of 5 stars and i’m top one on all of their lists, why do some go to the second team. yes there is a chance of that happening but i just recruited 10 5 stars and got only 6. that’s 60/40%. it’s definitely not 80/16%. if so i’d have a pretty stacked team. but the point is recruiting makes the game unfun and could easily be better by a simple small fix. last thing is the injuries, i shouldn’t have to see 2 players get hurt every single week. maybe every 5 weeks but every week is crazy. in all the game just needs to be fixed and it could be fixed the developers would just read the reviews. i enjoy the game it is a very good simulation game especially for college football.

  • Love it and Hate it

For starters its close to impossible to have consistent play in this. If its not weekly injuries its dumb luck from a terrible opponent. Secondly why cant i see players dev trait when im scouting? Id avoid some of the low star players when recruiting if i knew they wouldn't progress or get better. Third why cant i improve my coach at all? Maybe have a small coach tree in the future so a player can feel they have more control outside of setting basic strategy settings and recruitment of players. Like I should be able to control how good my coach is at developing players as well as see wether players will even develop. Lastly this game snipes you out of players all the time. Three times now i have had over a 1,000 point lead on the second place team and out of nowhere 5 star prospect signs with team down significantly in scouting points or whatever you want to call them. Its annoying and defeats the entire purpose of having that ranking system in the game. If im #1 and have that large of a lead with an 80 percent lock i should not loose out on that player.

Even though this was filled with things i dont like i do want to give the Devs credit for creating a truly free to play, fun, football simulation game. Only one out there so take my complaints with a grain of salt because the game is still awesome.

  • Amazing Game

Love playing this game when I get the time. But there is definitely room for improvement I would automatically have auto save on when people start the game. Add some sort of Hall of Fame for players for my team not just a MVP. It would also be nice if I can go back and see all the MVPs and their stats as well. One of the most important provement that this game needs is to be able to have multiple saves. I’ve tried opening one but every time I add a new one it deletes the first one I had. it becomes really annoying after customizing all 130+ teams. It would also be nice if I could copy and save into a different one and have two the same ones. (if that makes sense.) otherwise, a really fun game. Definitely suggest for people just trying to have a football coach simulator.

  • College sports games

As a major college sports fan I really enjoy this game. The basketball version that this developer has made is pretty good as well. Both could do with a few updates, but they are simple and easy to use. Great for a break during the work day.

Since this developer has already made two college sports games, I really wish they would expand their offerings and do other college sports/recruiting games as well. There is nothing out there for the college hockey, lacrosse, or wrestling fan. Would it be so difficult to make similar versions of this game for those sports?

  • Great Game

Can a team in Seattle be added. I love the game and I play it all the time. I’ve had multiple careers and love the ability to change the team to my liking but I “relocated” my school to Seattle but only other school is in Pullman/WSU. I wanted to keep the rivalry between the two schools but the only school I could use was a school in Oregon which made it weird because I was a school in Washington but my pipeline was Oregon. Overall the game is amazing!

  • Recruiting

It is such a hassle to recruit, the recruiting system is very messed up. My recommendation is first of all, make it take less time. Instead of calling every player individually, make it so you can offer a scholarship by tapping a button on the player. Then for recruiting, you call them once without the grading point system, you call a player to get 150 reputation. Then after you sim week, you can press a button that says “ let recruiting specialist call every week” Next there should be a menu when you first start where you can choose your strategy. i wish there was a triple option scheme, which requires less recruiting because it is a unique offensive style.

  • Potential

Game could be great. However it’s not, the biggest problem is recruiting because how in the world can I be the #1 option for 5-8 people and lose all of them in one class? I mean I was close to 2000 points ahead of schools and still they chose the second option school. If I’m ahead of them by that much then there should be a adjustment to the % of risk. I’d love to play the game still but as there hasn’t been any updates or any real attempt to even fix anything in this game it’s safe to say a mobile game with potential is thrown away.

  • Very Good but One thing should be Added

This is by far my favorite college football sim of all time but there should be one thing added. Conference Switching, this would help lower schools in recruiting if they were to go to a better conference. Also if you build a powerhouse roster in your conference you could switch to a stronger conference. This is a minor detail, not a flaw, that would improve this game further.

  • Updates?

Really like the game as I’ve spent probably way too many hours playing it! But would love an update to the recruiting similar to the CFB Dynasty where I can repeat calls for all. And would be nice if recruiting overall got a face lift to show top 25 players in the country and even if they are outside of your pipeline once you reach a certain prestige level you can immediately access them. Just some suggestions but overall I’m hooked either way haha

  • Good game, improve recruiting

As others have said, recruiting is my biggest headache with this game. I will regularly lose recruits to their second or third option when I am thousands of points ahead of the other school. This is fine to happen occasionally, but it seems to happen much too often and always to a recruit at the top of my board, not to a three star I’m recruiting just to fill a gap. However, the worst part of this feature is that I never win a recruit as their second or third option. You never benefit from the slim chance, only get hurt by it. The other thing I’d like to see is more options when selecting a new school. If my coach prestige is A, I should get to pick from almost any school. Instead, if I want to move to a smaller school it seems I would have to lose for awhile to get those kind of job offers. I have enjoyed the game but 20 seasons in these are the two biggest things that cause me to question if I’ll continue playing.

Editing this to one star because the recruiting system is so broken. Absolutely ridiculous to lose five recruits in a week when I am still their top choice AFTER they commit. Deleted the game because it takes the fun away to spend time recruiting players then regularly lose them when you are their top choice.
