Finally what I’ve been looking for but recruiting needs to be fixed
This is the best sports team building team easily but I was 1700 points up on a 4 star qb and all of a sudden I see he signs with another team. I was left with a walk-on qb. I should’ve recruited a qb earlier yes but I still shouldn’t of had to use a walk on when I did everything I could to get this 4 star. My team was really good to so I just needed this decent qb and i was far and away the winner so I thought I had him then he went somewhere else. But the simulation and the recruiting for the most part is amazing and I love this game I just don’t want to lose recruits I should’ve had.Show lessnickyrizzz
Good game but has flaws
This is definitely the best CFB simulator game on the App Store. However, recruiting is bugged. If you start off as a small school you have to focus on a handful of lower recruits and just one or two 4-5 star ones. This is what I did but I lost my 5 star recruit to another school even though I had a 300 point lead on the next school. This entirely frustrating as I wasted a large portion of my recruiting time on this player that by the points should have joined my team. Is there some other factor that we are not seeing? If so I’d like to know what the reasoning was for this player to not choose my school. Also, scouting and recruiting time should be different just as it was in the NCAA games. It would also be nice if we could edit all the teams outside of the a dynasty. That way we can use the teams we create for any dynasty we create and not have them trapped in one. Lastly, we should be able to have more game planning abilities that determine the result of a game. Maybe have sliders for the amount of passing vs running and how aggressive vs cautious you play on offense and defense. Otherwise, the game is good and helps fill the void left by the NCAA football games.Show lessSkit8283631479
Great job team
Seemed like the game was going really well, almost finished my first season, and then my save wouldn’t load. Very disheartening, especially because I’m not sure if it might happen again to a save down the road, erasing my progress. Other than that the game seems to be a well designed system.
UPDATE: I think I overwrote the autosave file, which corrupted it. Still not great, but I’ve learned not to do that. Put hours into it so far, really really fun game. It feels balanced across the board.
Suggestions:
Add more into defensive scheme, zone/man and playing the run/pass. Easier way to access schedule and see upcoming games. Add more stats after a game is simmed so I can see what’s going wrong/right. Recruiting players can feel a bit stale at times, not sure what to add though. Add assistant coaches. My team has been doing better and better but it’s prestige isn’t changing, if it doesn’t change based on performance that would be a big issue in my eyes.
Overall, still love it, I want more and more, would certainly pay more for an even more developed game.Show lessAddicted123456789987654321
