I’m forced to use the texting portion for work due to compliance & industry requirements. The newsletter and they social media part of it is OK and I’ve been using that for over four years. Please improve the texting portion of it. I’m sure you guys are making big bucks on this since it’s forces company to do it. I’ve had nothing but problems with this app. Missed calls, volume on but phone doesn’t ring. Terrible call quality. For the longest time, couldn’t make conference calls. Out of the blue one day, calls won’t go through.
