  • Worst App & website recently

    I have to say, being with FCB had been one of my best experiences in my banking history. Since 2003 I start my investment account; and banking for more than 15 yrs. But since 6 months my experience to access my account thru the web and, specifically thru the app, has been horrible. Trying to guess between hackers sweeping your funds or bills paying automatically or look up for transactions to reconcíliate my budget is a pain. To this, adding the inconvenience by not having a live person during non-working hours to work with those issues is just unbelievable. Then I get a response to contact a representative during business days and times. Most of the emergencies occur during non-working hours.
    I hope FCB takes these issues seriously, solve in a promptly and efficient manner. If I cannot access my account every time I want; why having it?
  • Poor login experience

    Can you just update your app so it automatically logs in with Face ID WITHOUT your crazy pop up “you’ve been logged out due to inactivity” that you always have to click just to re login. Such a waste of time and annoying.
  • Worst Banking App Ever!

    For the love of god and all things holy! Please fix your app. For a bank that solely relies on mobile banking, your app is the worst and is a reflection of what you think of your customers. Please help them. Provide an app that works 24/7. Doesn’t crash every time you log on. Actually lets you log on. For an app that is constantly getting Maintence done, it is certainly broken all the time. It is driving me to bank some where else.
