App will not open
The iPad is running IOS 12.4. The App Store states that it will run on this iPad. But when opening the screen goes blank and the returns to the main iPad screen. The app does not run.
Brutal support when there are issues
Just awful. Detrimental to the business no ability to reach support and when redownloading the app doesn’t work you are stuck recieving orders that ultimately get cancelled and hurt your score

I had an issue with the tablet that I had set up for the skip the dishes partner app but can’t log in on a new device so my restaurant is offline and not receiving orders for a week. It just says “oops something went wrong”. I reached out to skip through their website but I haven’t heard back yet and it’s been 2 days. Trying different devices, restarting, and reinstalling have had no effect.

This app never loads
This app never works, when you open it stays the same orange blank page. Sometimes it asks for login credentials but when you logged in, it again stays orange. I couldn't open it for last 12-15 days. Waiting for a good update now.

DERNIÈRE MAJ À BRISÉ L’APP
La dernière mise à jour sur skip a carrément brisée l’application elle n’est plus fonctionnelle sur IOS on ne voit plus le coursier sur la carte (carte juste plus disponible du tout) et on ne sais pas son nom et on voit juste " tache précédente " à l’infini avec un timer de temps qui ne descend plus alors on a aucun temps et aucune carte pour s’assurer de bien faire la commande à temps alors on sais juste quand faire la commande quand le coursier est rendu devant le restaurant !!! Conclusion, les coursier chiale après nous les restaurateur et skip aussi et nous pénalise dans notre côte et dédommage les coursier parce que il attende après nous c’est inacceptable et illogique vos développeurs doit corriger ASAP merci !

The worst platform on food delivery.
Skip needs to optimize their app for merchants look at Doordash and Uber they are progressing. Terrible merchant services. Poor customer service. Customers steal and drivers don’t swipe the picked up food. Who ever your CEO is you need to fire that guy. Make the software/app better and merchant support. It’s been 3 years I’ve been using this app. Nothing good has been implemented. Just look at your reviews it’s pathetic.
