Awesome App but no Search Function
Just started with this app after doing Joe’s YouTube workouts. App is great but I’m struggling with searching for workouts. Why no search option? The Filter is limited.
Body Coach has been life changing
I cannot say enough about this program. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I came in as a beginner - my fitness level was low. I started with beginner and got myself comfortable. Comfort became excitement pretty quick as I realized it is possible to do the workouts. There is a euphoric rush once a workout is done. Mental health climbs hand in hand with the physical.
I recommend this app to everyone I know! 💪🏽🧘🏽♀️💜

4.5 Stars - amazing with some opportunities for improvement t
TLDR: The workouts and trainers are fun, challenging, and videos are short enough to make it very easy to be consistent!
Background: I workout about 3-5 times per week and have tried so many other apps: Peloton, Centr, Laddr, Les Mills, Alo Moves, CorePower, Asana Rebel, Nike Training Club, etc and BODY COACH has been the easiest program for me to be consistent with!!
Pros: Fun vibe, great trainers, easy to follow programs and challenges, lots of variety with HiiT, yoga, strength, etc, short workouts, lots of variety with movements
Needs Improvement:
Need to be able to play music in the background (almost every other workout app allows this), need to be able to track past completed workouts (I need to be able to see a calendar of completed workouts), need to be able to see data from previous “cycles”, would appreciate more variety for warm ups and cool downs for each cycle (only having 1 video to follow for 28 days becomes repetitive)

Best app!
Joe is the best, I love how easy and quick the meals are, and the export to notes function for meal prepping/grocery list!
3rd year of loving me
This app is all you need, it’s all about consistency and this app is that. It keeps you going along the levels. I love the workouts, Joe and his trainers are all amazing. I love the check ins for all the new recipes and workouts. There is so much content that I never need to join a gym again. With this app there’s no excuses, 30 minutes of work is just that 30 minutes. If you want a sustainable lifestyle then this app is for you.

Reliable source for training
It’s been great to have something that I is a reliable source to use from home or when I’m going to the gym.
Off and on again user
I’m an on-and-off-again type when it comes to fitness, but I always come back to Joe. It’s real and I appreciate not only the improvement in your physical health, but using exercise to heal your mental health. While the free videos on YouTube are appreciated, the app takes the guess work out of where you need to be next. I would however love a more flexible meal plan-I can’t digest dairy and get my animal protein from poultry-so I’d love to personalize a plan that omits the things I don’t eat.

Joe Wicks’ BodyCoach app is a game changer
This app is fantastic and keeps getting better.I started following Joe Wicks on Instagram several years ago and I’m so happy that he has this amazing app to make it easier to follow his plan. I still enjoy his cookbooks and his for YouTube videos, but the app Taylor is his plan specifically to me and when I follow it I am always successful! it’s very easy to fit into my lifestyle and I highly recommend it.

Great content, app needs work
The content on this app is fantastic, but you need to “live in the app” to keep on track. No reminders, no notifications, no ability to track whether you’re on track for the day / week / month. Could do with some extra features to match the meals and workouts which are 5 star
Turned 65 and wanted to get back in shape
I did Joe’s senior challenge on YouTube and then found the app. Love it! Been on it for nearly 2 months and already my strength and flexibility have improved and feel so much more confident in my ability to do things that used to be challenging.
