Hi Soumith, We do support 3 forms of authentication. 1. You can sign up for a local account. 2. You can use your Facebook Login. 3. You can also choose to use your Apple Login. We have thousands of customers using a combination of these secure authentication mechanisms. Plus, the app is supported on all versions of iOS 12.0 and above. If you could let us know which version of iOS you are on, and what issues you ran into in particular, we would be happy to help you resolve it to get the full power of the platform. The App complements the web interface (https://snowpal.com) very well, and regardless of what your personal and professional career goals and interests are, we are confident our SaaS platform can help you. It has been helping College Students and Professionals at work, and I can assure you that you will fall in love with the product. There are no known issues with authentication (we've never had one since we went LIVE) so would need to understand your specific issue better to help you out. I use it for managing my software projects and team. I prefer Kanban in some cases, and regular views in others, and I love it that the app supports both modes.

This app is super powerful in every way! It helps you stay organized and creates the structure you need in your life. It is very easy to use and there is no right or wrong way to use it when it comes to the way you structure your content which is the best part! You can use it any way you would like! This is something I’ve waiting a bit for. I can organize my tasks at work and home, all in one place. I particularly love the charts.
