Disappointed
The app is very disappointing unfortunately as I have 11 stealth cams and just wish they would fix some simple bugs with it and hire all new customer service support staff as they are the worst of the worstagg$)$$,!!
Stealth Cams are awesome
Great photos, fantastic adjustability within the app. Had a cow move my camera and it was now facing tree limbs. Instead of wasting the batteries by 1,000’s of limb photos, I changed the start and stop time of day photos to 7pm start and 7:02 stop. Now I don’t have thousands of unnecessary pictures and my batteries will still be full when I get back out to fix camera position. Photo clarity is great and so is reaction time. Amazing how many times I capture a bird in mid flight and the photo is crystal clear and not blurry. You will be happy with your photos from the stealth camera line of products.Show lessBones&Beards

This camera gives me the view I needed to know precisely what is happening at my feeding station.
I’m still working through the setup and operational understanding of each feature. But I think this will be a “GAME” changer.

Not impressed
Initially the cameras worked well. I don’t know if they are just not very durable, but after a couple of months, they no longer want to connect. Even taking them close to the WiFi they fail to connect. I have noticed at times, there has been a little moisture inside the camera. That tells me the rubber seal is not very good, and prone to failure. Being that it is summer in Texas, these cameras are not subject to an over abundance of rain. I don’t know if there is a way to do a hard reset, to fix the problem. Pretty frustrating that bow season is around the corner, and I do not have either one of my cameras out. Not to mention the cameras were very good at eliminating field time hunting for hogs. Paying for a service, without a working camera adds even more aggravation. So I am probably going to cancel my service and find a more reliable camera.Show lessSJR762

When these cameras and app work they are a five star. When they done work at all as they often do, they are a 1 star.

Cameras not staying synced
Cameras would not stay connected would not send notifications would not send pictures reset multiple multiple multiple times now. Sending all three Baek do you have replaced?BIGGEST PAPPA
Can’t use all features
I love the camera I bought and the app for the most part. Would be a easy 5 stars if it weren’t for just a few things… for starters, I bought a Muddy Manifest 2.0, and according to the product description when I bought it, it is supposed to have video or picture. But for some reason the command app only allows picture mode which is incredibly frustrating to me because I would like to utilize video mode as well. It doesn’t even give me the option. Second, I have heard others that have this app mention an on demand feature but for some reason I don’t have that as an option either? Really irritating especially since I pay a monthly premium to use this app and I can’t even use all features. On top of that I can’t seem to get any sort of technical support on this matter. Hopefully someone sees this and can help me out. Then I would gladly change to a 5 starShow lessPringledaddy
Poor Customer Service/Great product
I bought my first 2 Reactor cell cameras 2022. Submitted 3+ support tickets. No reply so call and had to leave a message. No reply!!In 2023 bought 2 more Reactor cell cams. Less issues in 23 but submitted 2 more tickets. No reply again!!
As cell cameras go the product works great and I would give it 4.5 stars, but NO customer service for Canadian customers!!

Not what I expected
I have to admit, I bought these in a rush because they were on sale. Typically I do a lot of research when purchasing electronics and I wish I had taken my time to look at these in depth before buying them. The picture and video quality when transmitted near my phone are great but once I leave, everything is grainy. Their ability to connect is also frustrating to say the least. As a VZW customer, my phone had full service in the exact location I set these cameras but the camera itself doesn’t, one or two bars at best. Sometimes it takes up to three or four days for videos to download once I find one worth keeping for my archive. The on demand functionality is very inconsistent and sometimes does not shut off and completely drains the battery. I gave them a three star review because although they have a lot of different modes to choose from, they certainly aren’t reliable in my experience. They are downright frustrating and that’s my fault for not listening and reading reviews before buying.Show lessTorque converter88
