Worst app used so far, deleting it now!!
Lexus - test drive without the car keys
Like being offered a test drive but not being handed the keys.
Scanned the card - v fiddly - then find one needs activation code.
Checked help online to find an email should have been sent; but the one email I have only lets me access web portal not activate the card….no where to send new code request.
So the workflow and automation is dire.
Nice card…are they sure they can use the ref on orange circle…?
Let’s see if I get a code via email after I sent a request.
Otherwise Lexus - this is not the right brand partner.

Lexus fuel card gift
Received it yesterday , followed all the instructions, scanned the card then it asks you for a non existent PIN number ! Very frustrating
