I use a IPad to view my camera so my problem with this app is that you can’t see the all three cameras. This app will not allow you to move the screen up or down to view them. The only way is to click on the three virtual lines at the bottom of the screen to view all three screens. The other problem is that when you do this and switch to the main camera you have the other cameras that are showing up in your view. This cannot be moved up or down to get them out of the way of what you’re trying to view. Third problem is zooming in and out on the different cameras. Sometimes after you zoom in or out then change the screen settings it will let you zoom in and out with all your cameras. If you don’t do this ahead of time it will not work. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in a update. Other than that I like the camera for all the different angles of view. Update, now it’s not panning left to right with the main camera, so I will never buy this brand again. This review means nothing so why keep popping up when I am trying to view something. This is the other problems.
Update …Every time I open this app there’s a notification asking for something when your trying to monitor something. STOP with the pop ups already!
I love the lightbulb camera and how convenient and easy it is to install and use. It’s got Brilliant technology (e.g., sound and video).
The only thing I don’t understand is why it doesn’t capture all motion video footage. There has been a lot of good footage that occurred right in front of my house that it didn’t capture so I’m not sure why that would’ve occurred or what I can do about it. otherwise when it does pick up footage, it’s great.

I love the update they just did that puts the play back into small sections, it is much easier for me to look back at certain sections. I use it to see when my mom with Alzheimer’s gets up, picture quality is good, very easy to use and the person on the other side of the camera can understand what I am saying.
PRO’s: I really enjoy using this device. I can access this device quicker than a phone call could be made from a 24 hour monitoring service.I would recommend this product to anyone seeking affordable security solutions that are elementary at challenge.
CON’s: internal surveys/notifications tend to pop up in the middle of active recordings and stops recording footage. This tends to happen during recordings with action in the background, then still shot images, which defeats the purpose of trying to capture what’s going on. To be fair, I’m not sure if it’s a Wi-Fi connectivity issue on me the customer side.
The camera works good, have a nice definition, even at night, I have the flood light working by motion sensor, that also works good, the siren ID scheduled to work from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am , and we don’t hear it inside the house but of course when we arrive at night hours outside it’s loud. I don’t give the 5 stars because when I bought the camera I bought a memory card that works good at the beginning and suddenly after a couple months stop working and the app start suggesting to register for the cloud service, and that’s why I get this one, because I don’t want the payments for monthly services, and I can’t make the memory work again.
This camera is well worth the price. It helps our family tremendously to monitor our elderly parents in their home. I live over 500 miles from them and I can see them very well. We’ve set up 2 areas and w/same app you can see both areas individually or at the time. (2 screens side by side) 5 devices can load same app.
Verbal Communication is not as clear but it still has some capabilities.
I just set up free cloud storage for my cameras there have been some shady things going on here and I need to be able to see what happens when I’m gone or asleep so far it’s showing me all the videos but I’d like to get the cloud storage package but can’t get a price!!! Other the not showing me a price I’d like to order the cloud storage package but need to know monthly cost.. So far the free version seems to be good but I want full protection just need to know the cost
I got my lightbulb camera yesterday.. sooo easy to hook up.. and app is user friendly.. works perfect!!!! I love how u can turn the camera from your phone and the 2 way audio is very clear as well.. . the videos are clear to see and the audio is awesome.... the phone notifications are on point and instant the moment someone walks on my front porch.. I love it..
I purchased the iCloud they offer to save the videos.. they have 2 different ones to choose from.. they can save videos up to 30 days for 2.99 a month.. or 7 days for 1.99 a month.. much cheaper than the system I actually have in the house that costs a few thousand dollars..
Wish I would have purchased this sooner.. would have saved me a lot of money… 😁
