In general, this is a good app when it eventually connects to your WiFi. Sometimes it says one camera is too close and my other too far away and sometimes, they’re fine. My main issue with this software and the reason I’ve cancelled my Event Recording Subscription, is because of the bug within the Sleep Schedule section of the software. Let’s say for example, I create a Sleep Mode Schedule Mon - Wed 4pm until 6am, so that the cameras monitor between 6am and 4pm. The software will put the cameras into Sleep Mode Mon and Tue after 4pm but on the last day, it doesn’t stop at 4pm. It continues monitoring until I manually switch it into sleep mode. I have only given an example of the Sleep Schedule above but regardless of what I set, it does not go into sleep mode on the last day. Watching events of when it should have gone into Sleep Mode and seeing myself undressing after work, isn’t a pretty sight (not funny). Therefore, the software should be rectified immediately. Update June 10th. Have now uninstalled this app and using the Birdfy app which works perfectly. Do not install this app. And now, after buying SD Cards for your NetVue CCTV cameras instead of using their paid cloud service, NetVue have now put additional firmware into the cameras that will now only take event photos and have stopped you from taking event motion images. Just because they want more money out of you. Not very nice is it NetVue??
