When I bought two cameras, I thought I was fortunate to have chosen these. Then I realized I was paying for 5 camera service versus 2, there was no option to choose single or 2. Then when I tried to call them, there was no number or email to reach the company. Anyway I was able to find service for a single camera for a year but the video was not a full blown one. Then I had to buy cloud service to see the videos as I could not view the videos at all. Then they cancelled the previous service. It was working fine and then since July 27! The camera just went offline and yesterday, I got fed up and canceled my subscription
As I kept getting alerts to buy other services. I realized it was a ploy to buy other service so I canceled my service and then the camera starts working again and was supposed to until the subscription period ended. I have no desire to work with a ghost company where you cannot reach anyone for support or ask for guidance.Show lessDeveloper Response

Update , it has improved some , if work 100 % correctly or close I would donate to the developers but a word of advice , once someone gets frustrated with anything it’s very unlikely that anyone going to buy or purchase any additional services , in the last week I have seen some improvements , so I’m giving 4 stars , but I’m still not confident to use when I’m not at home , kudos the developers I know nothing is free especially the work you put into the app , im hoping to see more improvements and a donation button , then I’ll give 5 stars and may donate to the improvements ,Show lessDeveloper Response

I had a dome camera angled downwards to monitor my pets. It remained like this until we returned home from a trip, which is when we decided to reposition the camera’s angle to monitor a different part of the home. I want to emphasis that we did this by simply turning the camera around with our own hands, and not through the app. Later that night, we come to find the camera trained to where our pets are again, but not pointed downwards. The camera is now directly watching where it would see people doing stuff in the house. Curious as to how it repositioned its angle, not just to turn around, but to look at where WE usually are, we used the app this time to swivel its view back to where we intended it to be.
Shortly after, my sister witnessed, with her own two eyes, the camera swivel its view back towards that same angle, where it could be looking at US, the people inside.
We believe the device has been compromised, and there has been a breach of security. If you are considering using this app and its devices, please reconsider, and be careful where you place these cameras.Show lessDeveloper Response
