**Subject:** Disappointing Online Service Experience
I recently used the online services of Kami Home, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience. Here are the major issues I encountered:
1. **Website/App Issues**: The platform was slow, difficult to navigate, buggy, etc. when i was trying to cancel my subscription.
Emailed, Called Plethora Of time and Ended up Getting silly reasons and were offering me coupons.
2. **Poor Customer Support**: When I reached out for help, I was met with long response times, unhelpful answers, or no response at all. I expected better support from a company of this size.
3. **Order/Service Delays**: My order to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION was delayed by 10 days without proper communication. This lack of transparency is very frustrating.
4. **Inaccurate/Incomplete Information**: The details provided on the website regarding [KAMI HOME CANCELLATION PROCESS were misleading or incomplete, which caused confusion and disappointment.
Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Kami Home. I hope they improve their services and communication to prevent others from going through the same .Show lessDoorbell camera
It quit working. Thanks for the new one but it does the same think. Says the password is incorrect but it is not. It wants the wifi and password. Everything in my house runs on it. Same in my other home. All my yi cameras in both places work but the doorbell camera. It quit May 7. May there is a glitch in your program. You have sort of been helpful but your solution is to do want i have done 100’s of times. I can’t even use it as a doorbell because it won’t accept the password.Show lessDeveloper Response

Edit: this app has now taken to sending me two spam notifications per day in retaliation for not buying their most expensive subscription. Yet I am forced to endure this spam if i want to use the hardware I purchased.
Edit: this app continues to abuse push notifications to send spam through the same channel as critical security alerts as of 6/24 This app abuses push notifications to send marketing spam you can’t opt out of, which is a violation of App Store policies. I frequently get notifications of motion, but when I go to load the video, it says that there is no video for that time. Sometimes it takes more than 5 minutes for the slow Kami Cloud to process videos, which defeats the purpose of a security camera. What am I even paying for? After the latest updates I can’t even view live video successfully. This company just keeps getting worse and worse.Show lessDeveloper Response
