  • Gold mine

    Absolute gold mine for when you haven’t got a clue what to do. Even if you want to go to the gym or at home everything is there so you don’t even have to think about it.
  • Best app! 100% recommend!

    I have downloaded Courtney’s app a few times and never really stuck with it (not due to the app, i just weren’t mentally in the right place) However i took the plunge and downloaded it again for the 28 day challenge in Jan! Best thing i ever did! Its amazing. Even though Courtney isn’t actually with you, it feels like she is lol. Some people have made remarks about her going too fast etc, yes she does, but during the whole workout she will ALWAYS give low impact and she ALWAYS says take your time or go at your own pace. She makes it very clear on all her workouts. There are a number of trainers on there too, so you can pick who you want for what day. From stretching classes to beginners workouts. There are always schedules put up for the week too so you can plan ahead for the week, which i love as love to have a plan set up so i no what im doing.
    There is also a how to section, so if your not sure on form there’s video’s to show you.
    The recipes on here are amazing too! Especially the gnocchi meals 🤤 Theres breakfast ideas to snack ideas.
    I was paying £20 a month to use the gym, and i didn’t come away feeling as good as i do, doing these workouts. And all from home!
    I am so excited to continue this journey using Courtneys app. Definitely recommend to anyone! Well worth the money and in my personal opinion, the best workout app I’ve ever used. Thank you to Courtney and her team for putting together such a brilliant app 💪🏻

  • Pocket Rocket Training

    When I first found CB I honestly thought I would hate it. As a qualified personal trainer I was convinced I hated home workouts and would only get results if I trained at the gym, how wrong I was! I wanted to find a workout that I could just follow along with without much thought for planning. This app is fantastic for making home workouts fun, Courtney is a bundle of energy and doesn’t take herself too seriously which is great when you’re in the thick of a big workout!

    Personally I have the advantage of already understanding form but if you follow along with her Instagram then you can find videos providing tips and tricks on form for the big compound movements such a dead’s and squats. Obviously that’s not as ideal as it is to see a trainer in person but it’s helpful none the less, especially when it’s not possible to see a trainer face to face.

    There is a lot of HIIT based workouts in the real-time section so this is something to be mindful of when training with CB, the workouts are tough but the sense of achievement you get from completing them and being able to keep up is great. I must admit the workouts can be daunting when you first start but if you stick at them you’ll soon begin to love them!

  • Best fitness app ever!

    I’ve tried so many fitness apps out there. None compare to Courtney’s. She’s the best trainer. She’s super motivational, fun and even personal.
    I literally feel like she’s training right beside me.
    Not to mention how quickly I’m seeing results from following all of her real time workouts and eating in calorie deficit.

  • Best fitness app yet

    Best fitness app I’ve tried, and I’ve done most of them! the real time classes are great and really intense, even if your fitness level is good. It very rarely glitches. The food ideas are so yummy but also healthy. Courtney is a bundle of energy and a bit of a laugh. Can’t recommend more. The Facebook group is a bit counterproductive to the cause, it’s amazing getting so many people into fitness but people seem to comment daily on how they couldn’t take the rest day (recommended) or they ate loads of food and they want to punish themselves and the validation they get from each other on the page just makes them think it’s not a problem. Getting fit is about being healthy so I think maybe more focus on that and people understanding why your body needs rest and less on obsessive calorie counting.

    My one issue is the timing, I think CB should just get a timer on her gym wall so that you can always see how long is left, you can easily set it up so it has 30s intervals or whatever on. Especially given it’s so unclear when each set has ended.

    Apart from that it’s fabulous and I couldn’t recommend it more. 🌟

  • Best fitness app out there

    The app has completely changed my relationship with fitness, while it was once a chore to wake up at 7am to go to work I am now bouncing out of bed at 6am to complete a workout before I start work. There is endless variety- every workout is different and there is something new to try every day plus all the old workouts are in the archive so if you don’t fancy that day’s upload you can try something from months ago that you do like. There is an amazing recipe collection catering for meat eaters, vegans and in between and many low calorie alternatives for your favourite dishes be it a Sunday roast or an Indian takeaway. It’s constantly improving and evolving and it’s the only fitness related thing that has held my interest for as long as it has and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Courtney promotes a healthy relationship with food, learning to fuel your body for workouts and she doesn’t advise silly low calories and over exercising like some trainers and apps do. Couldn’t fault this app or Courtney please continue to do what you to and keep making the world fall in love with fitness!!

  • Love these workouts

    I have never enjoyed working out at the gym or at home but felt there was so much more to do at the gym than there was at home how wrong I was these workouts are so mixed and so fun you will not regret subscribing to this app!!
  • Amazing!

    Real time workouts making a huge difference in motivation and encouragement - especially when you have Courtney as a trainer. I love the transparency with Courtney and she creates the most fun, engaging and tough workout schedules! The app is so high quality with so many different sections that I forget about certain parts! I love that I can track my progress with photographs and measurements alongside tracking my calorie intake too. You can tell how much effort, time and hard work went into creating this app. Courtney has completely out done herself. Well done Courtney - you should be proud. What an incredible result.

  • The best fitness app out there!!!

    I started following Courtney on Instagram around last June after hearing from a friend how good she was. I had been out of fitness for 2 years and was unsure if I could get back into it after an injury and lack of motivation. I started off trialing her free IGTV workouts to get a taster and absolutely loved it, so fun and so motivational. I ended up downloading the app and doing my first challenge in August. Courtney has made me fall in love with fitness again. Every challenge gets better and better. I am seeing better results now than when I was at the gym. For me I have seen major benefits in my health, fitness level, energy & sleep. I feel happier, healthier and stronger. The physical aspect is a great bonus and boost of confidence. I had an emergency c-section that left me with a lower belly pouch, I can say that it has reduced majorly in size and a lot flatter. My little boy even likes to join in, especially the boxing. I started off doing her low impact alternatives during the workout but now I can do most/sometimes all high impact as my foot injury has strengthened. Thank you Courtney. Definitely say if you are thinking about downloading, do it!!!!!
