Won’t work when no internet
Won’t connect to bike when there is no internet! Makes no sense as you can’t update firmware over the air. Unable to connect my Apple Watch to know battery %. Fazua needs to hire the right people to do their software as well as hardware. On my 3rd ride 60 motor. :(
The app either won’t connect or when it does it keeps disconnecting
I have only been able to get the app to stay connected one time on my iPhone 15 pro max!! Very frustrating. Went to see the head e-bike tech at Mikes bikes and he couldn’t figure out why the app was so unstable. The only way I can get the app to work for 1 ride on my new Pivot Shuttle SL is to forget app in Bluetooth and re search for it. Bottom line the app is Not ready for prime time. If anyone has ideas on how to fix please respond.

I’ve unpaired and paired again, updated firmware, etc and the app consistently drops connection to my phone seconds into my rides. Makes it useless.
Be careful
App requires permission to track your movements 24/7 or it will disable all functions. Your privacy is their price to play! I am very concerned to see this abuse when all I wanted to do was ride a bike!

Hi Lbd11752, thanks for your comment. We only use the phone's location to enable tracking your route while you're recording a trip and to display it on a map afterwards - even if the screen is off or the app is running in the background. But of course you can use the other functions of the app without this location authorization. Only if you want to record a trip you need to set these (required by Apple). Cannot connect to my bike
Tried every iteration of BT on / off, reboot, battery on / off and the app never detects the bike.

Been struggling to connect my bike via app and Bluetooth but just managed after many attempts.
Quite goood!
Would be nice to link data with Strava.
Nice to be able to change parameters on the fly.
Now records trips.
Would be nice to have active map while in use.

Unreliable
One moment it works. The next it does not. If you want a reliable app to monitor battery usage etc then do not buy a bike that uses this app. I have been in touch with Fazua. Hopefully, more fixes are on the way. But that does not help me today
Rider App
Unfortunately the app does not allow you to save rides or ride data. It desperately needs this feature to be added for the app to be useful. Otherwise the app seems pretty good and stable.

Hello, saving the route and values has been possible since the last app update (v2.1.0). The total kilometers are also visible again in the system details (with the latest motor firmware). Have fun trying it out.
