Bluetooth still doesn’t work
Addendum: Turns out all of the Pivot Shuttles in. North America shipped with the wrong passcode pasted to the bike. The correct code is 123456. With this code I could get into the app and connect to the bike. The app itself is pretty basic. There are other issues with the bike due the fact it shipped with the wrong firmware. 15 mph speed limit, erratic support at low cadence, erratic support for distance ridden through the app. All in all everything seems rushed and sloppy.

Works when you know how to use it
Not fit for purpose
Have tried shutting down iPhones Bluetooth finds the Trek domane + easily system shows all firmware upto date. The rider app works fine and that to shows all current firmware up to date and I never have both connected at same time.
Essentially useless
8/12/21 update: it looks like the last iteration of their Bluetooth drivers fix3d most of the problems. Connection is still hit or miss at times, but more or less works. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.

You will need the latest engine firmware, and your Bluetooth chip will also need to be updated to allow the FAZUA app to connect.
