Too hard to use
One day it started asking for me to sign in. It won’t accept my email address and I can’t change passwords. Locked out. And I am the boss, 100+. My guys in the workshop got no chance of adopting this if it’s so hard to use. I think best we go back to A4 paper and folders.

Easy way to fill out forms. Can’t complain.
Needs Fixing
I had to delete and re-install this app and I had no issues prior to deleting it. However, now re-installing this app it is not letting me sign in. It will load for about 5 minutes and then error saying “Unable to Sync: Your device is currently not connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Please connect to the internet and try again.” I have been connected to Wi-Fi the whole day. Please fix.

Need fixed
I can log in on the actual website but not the app. Need thst fixed. Don’t like the single sign on deal either. Would also love to sign on with the Face ID deal with the iPhones. Please fix so I can use the app instead
Chat doesn’t work !
Chat never loads or has ever loaded , says I have a pending message and won’t open or load ! Tried many methods with no success !
Always Improving!
Since day one it was easy to get workers to Sign & Save forms. What we’re most impressed with is the SiteDocs app is always improving based on customer feedback. Easy to use and great Customer Support and gets back to me quickly.
Still learning
We’re still learning the app and the admin/input but are extremely satisfied with the product thus far.
It easy to use for us older guys and simple enough for construction workers to figure out! If you can text or use any social media- this app will be a breeze!
As a safety manager, this streamlines my daily workflow. As a foreman, this provides access to the forms required (no more searching for a pen). As an equipment operator, SiteDocs keeps Ground Disturbance protocols and information at your fingertips!
As I mentioned earlier, we are still learning, but the SiteDocs support team is very quick to respond to any questions.

How to login first time I am not able to login or register.
This app is garbage
Don’t download this app. If your company requires you to use sitedocs for compliance, login on the website. The app requires you to download other users documents that will take up massive amounts of storage space. It also takes a million years to use as it will have to update the download every time you open it. Sitedocs seems disinterested from correcting this issue that cripples the usability of the app.

Easy to use
As an older guy I’m not great with tech, and I definitely wasn’t sure about this when my boss rolled it out. But, I was surprised with how easy this app is. If it can make my life easier that’s a win in my books.
