Yet another updated review
I love this game, & while I’m grateful for all of the help from support, I’m tired of having to fight for every booster bundle I purchase. Again today, for at least the 3rd time this year my game screen froze while making a purchase. Again my money was taken but no boosters appeared. I play several games by Mobilityware & daily it’s a developer I seek out when I’m looking for a new game, but enough is enough. I’m deleting this game. Enjoy my money. Edit: my concerns have been addressed and have been able to access ads. A glitch in a booster pack purchase was also fixed. Thank you for great app support! I do enjoy this game.
Been playing & enjoying this game for a while now, but since the last update it tells me it can’t retrieve an ad to watch to get a booster. Force closing the game & restarting the phone don’t fix it. I don’t want to uninstall & reinstall the game.Show lessDeveloper Response

I have loved this game for quite awhile. BUT about a week or so ago (about the same time as I now see there were some "bug fixes") any time I would try to purchase anything, after the purchase was accepted (saying "you're all set") then the screen would freeze up. None of my purchases ever actually came through! Even after I reinstalled the app, it happened again. I checked my method of payment, and I was indeed charged for those purchases. This game is fun but frustrating. I can’t play it now because the app is unable to Retrieve ads and does not allow me to continue….ridiculous! Regardless if I am playing on an IPad or iPhoneLaislacaribe

I was reading some reviews and heard that this game has a lot of ads. And I have played some of your other games and they have a lot of ads too. But one time I felt that it was silly that I pressed the “watch ad” button and I didn’t have to watch an ad.LittleKitten2014
Too many ads
The game is fun—when I get to play it in between ads, and there are way too many ads. Many ads have a timer X that comes up after 5-10 seconds, but others are 30 secs long and require clicking 4 or 5 times to get out of them. I love the other Mobility Ware Apps I have, and none of those others are as ad-heavy as this one. I can’t stand watching the same Royal Match ad I’ve seen at least 20 times in one sitting. You can’t play more than 30 seconds without having to sit through an ad!! I know it’s a free version, so ads are part of the deal but this is just ridiculous. I spent more time waiting for ads to finish than I did playing the game!
And many ads glitch out, requiring a restart. It was too frustrating - I wound up deleting.
This game *might* be fun if it didn’t go to an ad *every*single*time* the player reaches an intragame score level. As it is, it’s virtually unplayable.Show lessC-lou06786

I love the game! My only complaint is way too many ads. I spend more time watching ads than playing the game. I don’t mind some ads because the game has to make money but please cut back!!16tigger2
Ads make money for you but drove me away
All the negative reviews are about the inescapable ads. Your smarmy responses indicate your interest in meeting users needs but you offer no escape from the ads. I’d pay a reasonable fee to play this great game with no ads. Deleting the app and will revisit some time in the future to see if you offer no ad options.Show lessJane Quilter
