As of August 2024, the app looks easy to navigate and it was easy for me to look up locations near me based on where I am. However, I wish that payment options included PayPal, as Apple Pay is giving me a difficult time to add my credit card there, and adding my credit card info directly onto the app feels unsafe in the long term, given the more I spread my info onto more apps, the more likely I will suffer in a data breach. I'd rather have specialized and limited amounts of apps store and be responsible with my information as much as possible. I also wish there was a feature that allowed you to scan your receipts, in case a cashier hasn't asked for you to scan for points and/or you forgot to ask as well. Fetch does scanning printed receipts pretty well, and I think it serves as a good template. Other than that I don't have any other complaints; I haven't found a tea I really like yet but that's more on my end.

Used to be just ok. Now requires my birthday. Why?

Birthdate should be an optional field. You already have phone number, email, and financials. Do you also need my social security number, too? Why push out a release that makes a previously 100% usable account 0% usable without a birthdate entered? Thanks for the “free gift” on my birthday, but is that free gift required for me to be able to use the app again? This is stupid, and you are rude for requiring it, just so you can sell it to an advertiser, or whatever you don’t really need it for.

Great drinks, great customer service

7 leaves has great drinks and after having some issues with the app, customer service was very quick to fix the issue. Now the app seems to be working perfectly!

Now app seemingly have problem

I love ordering drinks from 7 leaves cafe all the time but now I tried to order it through mobile but it doesn’t working. Pop-up and said “An error occurred: while you were making the order, we've updated the menu. This is an uncommon situation, and most likely you will not see this error again. Please make the order anew. We apologize for the inconvenience.” So what’s going on? Fix it please

Great drinks bad app

I visit 7 Leaves on a regular basis. I love the drinks and rewards program, but what I HATE is the app glitches SO much!! I’m hoping my review will encourage them to fix it because it’s honestly really bad. This review is not to discourage anyone from trying 7 Leaves or their rewards program.

I can’t even tell you how many times things disappear off the app menu for no reason. Then I’ll go in person and they aren’t even out of that drink or topping!? I’m writing this review now because I have enough leaves to get a free drink but I can’t because the matcha soy I typically order is no where to be found on the app today. It will magically reappear at some point. I wish I could at least use my leaves in person but they don’t allow that. You have to use them and order via the app. It’s honestly ridiculous.

I just wanna respond to somebody comment…

I haven’t noticed an increase in your prices if you use their app… However, every time you use an app for delivery or pick up, does not with the company they charge you with me to the convenience of it of course if you’re at the store already you’re gonna go to the store or at least put the barcode and get credit for point… But charge for an app size everywhere charges you to increase the size it’s not probably Valon that’s all I’m going to say that because they’re not I believe out to get anybody for their money and your product is a very good product delivered. Cost a lot more .

Buggy App

great when it works, otherwise “try again later” many times

Notifications = ads

7 Leaves send you too many ads. They don’t have an option to opt out of ads. If you turn off notifications entirely, you don’t receive order updates.

Lastly, app is not optimized for iPhone mini’s.

Missing honey boba

Update:
Yay i can now add honey boba. Also if you can put or add how many ml or ounces are in regular size and upsize. I am planning to bring my own mug. Thanks.

I was trying to order in the app to redeem my points but when I selected add on honey boba was not in the selection. Please make a change. So I decided to go to store then and the lady ordered it for me in the app but then she picked crystal boba but told the barista that just make it a honey boba instead. 🤔

Excellent Customer Service Feedback

I submitted a feedback report on the app regarding a problem I had and they were very understanding and quick to remedy the situation. The app is very convenient and 7 leaves has great customer service.
