Order ahead isn’t available
I like how they have the leaves system similar to Starbucks stars and the order ahead option however for a few MONTHS now whenever I try to order ahead or redeem it’s says the function is temporarily unavailable and to try again later :(

I been a User of 7Leaves for a while now and I can’t Even get into my Account anymore it’s saying my Number is Wrong and when it asked me to put the +and my Number it should work but it doesn’t
Idk what’s going on with there app but they need to fixed I have points on my Account that I’m trying to rebuild so I can Get Drinks

Double click to pay doesn’t work on iPhone 13
The double click to pay “slide button” on iPhone 13 pro, iOS 15.1.1 doesn’t work. It does nothing when double click to pay, it fails before the Face ID verification step.
The feature works on my phone when using other apps such as Starbucks and Coffee Beans so this seems to be specific to the 7 leaves app and the iPhone 13 pro with latest iOS 15.1.1. Please check it out and fix this bug .

Awesome app never had a problem!
Love this app. Been getting free drinks for over a year now with points/leaves! Never had a problem! Always smooth!
app works fine
The app works perfectly fine for me. I haven’t come across any problems and often order ahead to avoid the long drive thru. However, I’m only giving it 4 stars because it would be nice if they could add the option of ordering the jugs on the app too.
Update messed up
Please fix the bugs in the app once you order 2 of the same items but customize one it will give you exactly the same thing and when walking in the store the workers get mad because they claim you messed up the order but it’s the app please fix this annoying bug because it makes thing complicated in the store and before it was perfectly fine

App crash could not open second time
First time reinstalled it s working. Then next is not working. App crash and disappear. This issue more than 2 month without fixing. All point is lost when reinstalling app. I could not order 7leaves anymore, that so annoying.
Not optimized for iPhone 12 Mini
The app isn’t optimized for iPhone 12 Mini. When I add items to the cart, I’m not able to see the bottom of the screen to view the cart and complete payment. It’s so annoying. Please fix!
Shady tip practice
Look I’m all for leaving tips and support nice servers/crew but tell me why the app defaults to an auto 15% tip for a pick up order? And it’s not like you gave me the option to tip, you have it set on default for every order and hide it on the very bottom of the order screen that you have to scroll to get to? Really?? Just hiding the total and hoping people skip thru it!!!

Easy to use the app. And pretty straight forward. Ordering ahead, claiming leaves is easy.
