NEEDS UI ISSUE RESOLVED
Much like everyone else the app does not work for me. When trying to order ahead I can’t select from any of the menus options. I’m just stuck tapping away at a still stand screen. The only way I’ve been able to even remotely order is if I choose from the reorder history. Other then that I guess it works but they definitely NEED to fix that issue. I love ordering from here every other day. But the app is all most pointless to have the only thing you can pretty much use it for is scanning in for points each time you visit. I have it three stars just because I’m kinda able to order ahead.

Bug in the app: cannot choose from menu
To recreate: Skip the Line Order Now > select pickup > Choose location (Torrance) > on the screen to choose from juices, teas, and coffee, I cannot select anything. Really frustrating and has been this way for months. Please fix, won’t be ordering if I have to wait in line. Thanks.
Cant add a new creditcard info
My prev card expired thus trying to update/upload the new one. But keeps getting stuck in a blank page. Plz fix it, thanks!
Can’t even use it
The app is okay, but when you try to order using it it won’t let me add my credit card. Which is the whole point of having a mobile order option. I would delete it but then I wouldn’t be able to scan for points
Still not working
The order menu page does not work, it will not let you click anything. The menu isn’t actual buttons. Yes I have tried every reset possible and the issue has still not been fixed.
Buttons Not Working
7 Leaves is great and is delicious, and I’m glad they have a loyalty program, but buttons in the app don’t work. For example, when I go to order ahead and pick up in store, when I try to press the coffee or tea buttons, nothing happens. I have deleted and redownloaded the app numerous times in hopes of fixing this and have seen reviews that it has been fixed. I talked to staff in person and they said that it has been happening to multiple customers. It’s there a possibility this could be fixed?

Leaves not charged to account
Multiple times leaves were not being charged to my account. Was supposed to get 45 leaves for a birthday reward, didn’t show up after 5 days. Decided to use my own leaves that I had already saved up, pick up in store, and see if the in store staff could help me. Staff said that they would charge the leaves back to my account, would take a couple business days. Great sounds good! A week later and those leaves still aren’t in my app. Kinda disappointing tbh. The app itself is nice and all but don’t trust the reward programs

Updates erasing my order history
This app is updated frequently and I don’t understand why it never saves my order history. That is annoying. Also, please add a notes or comments section!! Thank you!
Functional
Cute layout, pretty inconvenient that it doesn’t save your order from last time. Luckily I hang out w the same people and have their orders mostly memorized but IT DOESN’T SAVE MY PREVIOUS ORDER AND NOTHING SHOWS UP IN MY ORDER HISTORY
App UI is terrible
Ordering is a hassle; why is picking a location so difficult? There is no security feature for ordering, so if your kid is playing with your phone they can order drinks. I feel like thumb verification should be standard on any app that uses payments.
