No free drink after I got my full rewards!
Last time I went inside the store to pick up my order after I redeemed my reward. They said that they don’t have my order information because they thought it was a wrong store. As for me I am pretty sure I ordered the right place. But they denied it. It was ashamed that I cannot get my free drink.
Free Birthday Drink
Better than their non eco friendly stamp cards that I always forget at home. Also ya get free stars for your birthday enough to get a free drink ! The FAQ says 1 week BEFORE your birthday but mine showed up the day of so... the stars always take a while to show up, but it usually does within 2-5 minutes so keep refreshing !

Needs work, lied about “exclusive offers”
The description of the app says that it offers “exclusive offers and much more”. I have never seen an exclusive offer. Unlike the Starbucks app which takes into account cents spent, this app rounds down from whole dollar (for example $5.75 is only 5 leaves). Therefore, I end up having to buy more drinks to reach a reward, unlike before which I could easily reach a free drink with the punch card.

Delivery and Leaves Malfunction
A while ago, I tried getting boba delivered to my home. It didn't work and said to try again later. I did so three more times that day and it didn’t work. Additionally, sometimes I don’t receive the leaves from in-store payments so I find it ridiculous that 7leaves gave up on their stamp cards for an app that malfunctions half the time.

Needs update
App needs an option to sign-in if you already have an account. The only way to sign in if you have a new phone is to transfer your account from the app on your old phone to the new phone. Cumbersome and not intuitive.
There needs to be a more friendly UI
I’ve logged in unsuccessfully multiple times and I’ve looked around for a log out function but I can never seem to find one so I am forced to uninstall and reinstall it.
Rewards Leaves seem less valuable
My two star is relating to the rewards program Everything else in my humble opinion is worth a 5 star.
I used to get my 7 leaves cards punched all the time and get free drinks nearly as often. It was great.
Through the app you receive “leaves” as a reward which then add up to “free” drinks. From what I’ve been able to tell you receive more leaves for add-ins and different drinks produce different results.
Bottom line is you will have to buy more drinks to receive a free drink than you would have when using the rewards card, so boo-hoo

Cheap app design
They seriously need to spend a little more time in designing this app. I give caution if you get a new phone cause the app won’t transfer over your points that you’ve earned. They should have created a log in page to save your history. I tried contacting tech support, but of course no response from them.

Not good for delivery
The app is great for ordering ahead of pickup, but awful for delivery. There is no way to contact your delivery driver unless they contact you first. I received someone else's order and all I can do is call 7 Leaves for a refund, and the driver gets away without any repercussions.
App is unhelpful /lost points
It’s so frustrating using this app that has been update a 1,000 and one times! I recently got a new phone and had saved up enough points for 3 drinks. When I downloaded the app on the new phone my points was at zero! I only used one email for the app on my old phone and still nothing. There is no information listed on how to contact for customer service or help.
All I want are the points that I have earned and spent money on to earn.
