Not getting coins
Twice I was supposed to get 10 coins and never received them. What is going on?

I have been playing this game for a long time . The last week it wants me to start at the beginning. I have already played that I don’t want to do that.

Updates and login
Game says I need new update, went to update and all it shows is to open game. Where is the update? Before this, since last update I have to continually login multiple times a day…and multiple times trying to play. Frustrating! Won’t be hard to find another mahjong…they are a dime a dozen with no issues

I have been playing this game since 2010. I love to play it. Why does the game all load one day the next day not load? I can play all my other games fine . I can’t give a 5* because this happens two to three times a week Guess, I’ll be deleting the game.

I’ve been playing my game now
Now my game is not loading up you’re telling me that I deleted it off of my pad it’s right there I can see it right in front of me so how are you telling me I deleted it and I didn’t download it to my iPad yes I did I’m having the same trouble when I’m playing my FarmVille 2 both games told me to update I updated both of them and now they’re not loading up and when they load up they disappear load up disappear I invested a lot of time and effort in these games and I don’t want to lose my game this is my iPad has always been my iPad yes because I change my name on my iPad don’t make it not my iPad I’m letting my granddaughter use it ! I have a lot of stuff there and you’re not letting me play my game you told me I deleted the game and that it’s not my game it is my game I even got a snapshot of my numbers everything can you fix the problem please Once the game gets back to normal I’ll give you your stars but till then you’re staying with one I couldn’t even leave a report on FarmVille 2 cause it’s telling me my FarmVille 2 is not my FarmVille 2 game yes it is it’s been mine for many years can you fix the problem and can you fix my other game Also the same problem MAHJONG trials

I updated it now it’s not loading up can you fix the problem please What is the problem I’ve been playing the game for three days no problem I just updated it so what is the problem that you’re causing to use up all my ducking data by making me update when you shouldn’t use my data to update because that’s my data and then when I press on update it’s not updating what is the problem please fix I’m not interested in Facebook or joining Facebook to anything Facebook is lucky I even get on that Facebook is garbage fix the problem and you’ll get the stars I’m not gonna give you stars while I’m upset or you kidding me

Update killed my game
Did the mandatory update today, playing on an older IPAD, now I can’t open the game at all, completely locked out. Thanks tech dept.
