Trouble connecting

The prior version of the app worked great over a 1,000 mile trip in Ontario two years ago, as well as the one day I was able to ride last year 😂. Now with this latest version, I had a lot of trouble connecting to the sled, which wasn't a problem before. All weekend it only worked twice. My friend with the same set up has the same issue.

Also the routing logic seems very flawed. It seems to be routing in non-sensical ways, which did not occur as often with the previous version.

Hi Allesandro! The team is currently investigating this reconnecting issue following an initial disconnection of the app from the sled on iOS 18. A solution/fix is on the way!

Terrible

This app is terrible . And navigation for all skidoo is the worst thing ever. If you want to get lost you should have this app.

Salut! C’est un problème connu sur lequel l’équipe travaille pour le résoudre. Pour l’instant, désinstalle et réinstalle l’application BRP GO! sur ton téléphone, ça devrait corriger le problème.

Hi! In order to connect your iPhone 16 Pro to your vehicle display, you must use either (1) a USB-C to USB-A adapter or (2) a USB-A to USB-C cable supporting 3.0 fast charging protocol. It's important that the USB cable supports charging protocol 3.0, as Apple requires it for the iPhone 16. Thank you.

BRP connect ne se connecte pas

Depuis la dernière mise à jour de l'application BRP go n'ouvrait plus , j'ai supprimé et réinstaller l'application , maintenant l'application démarre mais BRP connect ne se connecte plus avec mon ski-doo seulement depuis la dernière mise à jour , j'ai essayé 4 câbles de connexion et BRP connect ne fonctionne pas .
J'ai vérifier toute les autorisations de l'application et tout est correct. L'écran noir avec brp connect n'apparaît plus. Tout fonctionnait très bien avant la mise à jour de fin novembre 2024.

Still needs fixing

We need the BRP Go app to open WHEN the phone connects to the vehicle! We shouldn’t have to open it first. Sometimes the phones looses connection (both USB & Bluetooth) but then recovers. The problem is if we’re using a GPS app that app is the top prominent app and therefore doesn’t open back up in the dash which makes me have to stop to get it working again. We need it to open the BRP Go app when the phone makes connection.

Hi! Unfortunately, we recently learned that AccuWeather decided to no longer be supported on our screen-mirroring technology, which means that it can no longer be used on the Spyder display. Our team is working on removing AccuWeather from the list of supported applications in BRP GO! (but this is not yet completed because we are facing a small problem). This should be done soon to avoid this kind of confusion. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you!

Display freezing up

Still new to the app but when riding on my seadoo. I would like to switch from navigation to music but for some reason the display freezes up and will not let me switch at all. I end up having to disconnect it from usb and Bluetooth, then reconnect it and it will start working again for a little bit then freeze again. Still wondering if it is the app optimization or the phone being hot in the dry box area. Overall decent app just needs some tweaking.

BRP GO MUSIC 2019 Spyder RTL

Really only one music app and that is LITT/Dash Radio, it is ok. As far as built in BRP GO music app, good luck! Better off to connect using Bluetooth only. Then you can get Apple Music and SXM.
