Voiceover accessibility is broken.
I first used this app several years ago. At that time, it worked well. Apparently there has been an update, because VoiceOver Access is now broken. I needed to change my address, and no edit field appears. I am using an iPhone 8, with all current iOS updates that this phone will allow.

Know when to put your trash, recycle, and bulk items out. Which weeks are’ normal’ and which weeks are not. I would recommend
Does what it promises
I just started using the app. It has useful information about when my pickups are (good to have during holidays!). And the reminders and details about what’s being picked up each week are great. Is it recycling this week? This app tells me. No more guesswork or missed pickups.
Great and reliable app
I like this app because it lets me know when a certain truck comes so I can go to the place it will be at and film it.
Review gating is cheating
Review gating is when an app first asks if you like the app before it asks you to rate it. If you say you like it, you are then asked to rate it. If you say you don’t like it, you are asked to send feedback. This is a way to get more positive reviews and less negative reviews in the App Store. It’s a way to game the system. As long as this app implements review gating, I will give it one star.

Notifications are garbage
The notification text is too wordy. I just want to know if it’s my recycling day or not.
Instead I get two paragraphs about composting and whatever you have to say about garbage and recycling gets truncated.
The notification should tell me which cans to put by the curb and when. Please fix this annoying oversight.

Helpful app for keeping track of when to take the garbage out.
This app is very helpful. It gives you a reminder the night you need to take out the trash and tells you which cans to take out.

This app has helped me keep track of which weeks are recycling pickups and which are not. It also tells you when bulk items will be picked up, brush collection and other items collected to garbage, etc. pickup. You can also use it to figure out if you have something that can be recycled instead of thrown in the garbage bin. I recommend this handy app for everyone who has ever dragged their recycling out to the curb, only to find out the next day that it was the wrong week!

Surprisingly useful government app
I know it’s an oxymoron to say “helpful” and “government” in the same sentence, but this thing performs as expected.
It’s much quicker than trying to lookup the information (I’m surprised by that) and will even send a little reminder.
All in all, simple yet robust.
