Please fix the app
The app has a terrible UI and it is unbelievably difficult to connect the controllers. I love the Breville Home Connect app. The design is amazing and it is so much better than what ever attempt of an app this is. I had no clue it would be this difficult to use an electric blanket. Please make this up to par with your other apps.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work
My daughter brought the electric blanket as a gift for us and the wi-fi connection doesn’t work!! This was why my daughter spent hundreds of dollars on the product. I could have just gone to the warehouse and brought an electric blanket for a lot less money that does pretty much the same thing...warm my bed on a cold night!?*\¥! Complete waste of money!! We will be returning this product and my daughter will be getting a refund of her hard earned money!🙄😏

Rewrite the app from scratch
Not overly impressed with this app. First of all I couldn’t reliably get the controllers onto the network only to figure out that it doesn’t like spaces in the wifi password. Secondly when I open the app to use the virtual controller it pops up a message telling me it’s connecting and to wait for a bit. If I ignore this message and click away from the dialogue box it usually works fine. They need to rewrite this app from the ground up. I have plenty of other appliances (water timers etc) connected to my network that are fare more consistent and reliable than this.

Great idea; doesn’t work
We bought the king version of the electric blanket. The controllers just won’t maintain a connection to our 2.4 GHz WiFi network. We’ve tried all manner of resetting things, but to no avail. Unfortunately, this removes the key selling point of this app/blanket.
Edit to above: we discovered that the controllers can’t connect to WiFi networks with special characters (like punctuation marks) in their passwords. We made a new network without them and that works fine.

Worked perfectly
Was a bit nervous after I read the reviews but I had a seamless process. Have been able to label each controller (thank goodness!). Maybe Breville have made some changes?
Works well , bit hard to connect at 1st
Happy with the app , takes a bit to get used to , you need to go into the menu 1st to sign up , the can connect to blanket
