App is cool… the park….
Don’t bring any kids under 6 here, it’s like an adderall fever dream. Everyone is loud… there is no peace to be found. If you have ADD kids this is the place, if you want peace and quiet honestly your gonna have a rough time.
No Sites Available on App but is on computer
Something is wrong with the app as when I try to book like I always have it says no sites available but if I go online on a computer I can see all the open sites and book.
App needs an updated
It’s nice to have the app but it needs to be updated. It would be nice to have reservation information included or golf cart rental options. Tried to book a reservation through the app and the feature was not working. Would love to see more updated features and options.

My family has been visiting Jellystone Park (the one in Warrens, WI) every year of our lives, and we still haven’t been disappointed. I’m giving 4 stars because my family might have to stop going because the prices are getting SO HIGH! I really wanna keep going. Please lower the prices just a little bit so A. We can keep going and enjoying ourselves, and B. so you don’t go bankrupt. Thanks! Please be cheaper! 😭

The app seems like it was made 20 years ago…
The app functions are 1 star. You can’t zoom in on the map with the tiny print, you can’t click on the phone number to call what time the pool or mini golf closes or how much it is to do an activity. It just shows a $ sign to represent it costs money. Then you actually find out what time the pool for example closes, which is 5pm during the weekdays, and realize oh hey, we need to do something else for the next 4 hours before the sun sets while it’s 95 deg. outside.
Please get a better app developer to remake this app and also put some valuable information in it for your guests.

This could be a nice app, but the activities are not updated. There are things listed for the first day of our stay, then nothing after that.
Nice App
To start off, My family and I love to visit JellyStone so much. It is an annual event/trip for us in the summer. We brought our family members last year and it was amazing. More amazing with this app. It helps us scout out all of our favorite activities and the times of them too. We have so many arts and crafts in our house because of this app. It also helps us with food situations. 8 kids in our family makes it difficult to do stuff but not when you have this app. So many stuff that you probably didn’t know about is right on the app. There aren’t many troubles or request except this app would be so much better if they could show the maps of all the stops and shops around the resort. But anyways, about food, this app tells you basically all you need to do to have a good dinner and know how far it is our what time it opens and closes. To review, this app makes everyone’s lives better. So many helpful tips and tricks around your amazing campsites/resorts.

Information is not up to date
Do not rely on the app for the list of activities or alerts for the JellystonePark in Larkspur, they’re not listed. Unfortunately we didn’t realize this until our last day and we missed all the fun!!

Looking at campgrounds I would be interested in visiting, I noticed the app is inconsistent. One place had loads of information like maps activities store hours etc.. Chincoteague VA for example, has NOTHING. I was thinking about our next trip and thought that would be a cool place to visit. The app is no help at all. There is NO INFORMATION about that campground. I guess they don’t want anyone staying with them.
