Any potential customers read this first
If something isn’t a quick fix it takes several weeks with 0 updates.
Some of the most basic functionality doesn’t work like automated rent chasing emails which are at the core of our business. One month later still no update and not working.
Four months after taking it on the fixflo integration is so poor it’s easier to use fixflo independently, took two months to get it linked to start with! This is a sister company of fixflo, how can it get it so wrong.
When you raise a support ticket you don’t get updates and there is nowhere you can see the progress of the issue, timescales and who is dealing with it.
It could be so good and has many excellent features, yet it’s so frustrating. I have raised all of this throughout our time using Arthur in the hope the experience would improve, it hasn’t.
I hope this helps someone get a more accurate version of where this software is at before making a decision on it.
If you are concerned any of the above is not correct just ask them how many daily support issues they receive and if the fixflo link works correctly so it pulls through all of the information.
