General Updates
• We’ve made some key updates to keep your app running smoothly and efficiently.
I like this App, but every now and then (maybe when the app is updated?) when you try and log in you are made to sign in as if you’ve never used it before. This includes adding all passwords etc, which if you’ve previously used face or fingerprint to log in with you won’t remember any more and you’re made to go through the tedious re-setup of a password. Then you re-enable biometric log in and it’s all ok again… until the next time it happens and you have to repeat the whole process. Oh, and then there’s the fact it rarely works when you need to authorise a payment and repeatedly kicks you out and you’re left with no choice but to cancel payment and use another card. That is really not helpful. I’ve seen I’ve had a reply below that doesn’t even match my review. That seems sort of typical…

Hi. Thank you for the feedback. The team have taken your feedback on board and are looking to make improvements in the next app release to allow you to see more transactions on your screen. You should be able to make payments as usual by pressing “Move money” followed by “make a payment”
