Impossible to find anything
I can’t even raise a dispute because when I click the transaction it takes me to their useless help page. I swear companies are seeing how much they can stress out customers these days.

Hi, we're sorry to hear this is happening. When you click on thee transaction you should be able to see 'get help', once you select this option you should be able to select 'raise a dispute'.
