Absolutely disgraceful!!!!
Today, I received an email telling me they would not be receiving my money back because I would have had a 2 step authentication to proceed with the transactions. I told them 1) I have NEVER had a 2 step authentication to use my card and 2) How am I able to use my card in Dubai, while sitting in my home in the UK!!!
I am absolutely appalled by this account and I WILL be closing this account as soon as I can, plus I have contacted the financial ombudsman over this.
DO NOT USE POCKET AS A BANK ACCOUNT!!!!
