Loving the interest rate. Kroo claim to be a moral bank who have your back….I will have to see how that works out, but I guess anything is better than Lloyds, Barclays, RBS, Nat West etc, who only claim to be greedy bankers (choose your own word for bankers). Let’s give these new guys a chance hey. I also would add that it now takes ages to get into the Kroo app with facial video and double authentication on phone, it’s a drag but I guess keeps hackers out. Other banks don’t use this video thing on their apps but seem to keep hackers out.

Impressive!
My card arrived earlier today and I have just activated it through the kroo app. This was the easiest card I’ve ever activated. The card is attractive - with large enough numbers on for “us older folks” to see. It’s been quite a process getting accepted for This account but I am So Pleased I persevered as I think this is a great account with an amazing rate of interest if you keep your account in the black. I have found that the chat service is brilliant and if the “bot” can’t answer your question - your question gets passed onto one of the team who get back to you in a pretty decent time and there answers/replies have always been easy to understand and nothing seems to be too Much trouble for Them. Even though this is just an internet bank they seem pretty switched on & easy to contact. I did thorough checking of them as one of my other banks made me feel Very insecure about kroo however after sealing with the FCA & my other bank I now feel Confident that this is a bona fide bank. I am impressed & pleased with all Communications I have had with kroo whether by telephone or via the kroo app

Poor customer service
My account got restricted and my money is in the account and I was not able to pay for my car insurance or even go food shopping for my house, I sent all requested documents eg, where money was coming from and reasons why I assist few of my friends 🤨, and it’s going a week now and no response and nothing, its even worse because you can contact by phone due to no phone number, this is terrible and not good, I have not paid for my car insurance and I’m afraid because I have gotten notice that they will cancel it within 7 days
