Useless
I have been trying to get my exercises for over a month now - have deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. I can see the new exercises have been loaded but each time I click on them it just goes to ‘education’ and keeps going round and round and not loading - absolutely useless piece of kitAnother busy mum
Exercise programs don’t load
Physio added exercise programs. They didn’t load to the app although could see the notification. Very frustrating when you need to start the exercises. Other than being used for virtual appointments this app is as useful as a chocolate teapotjimbow123456
Abhorrent
Exercise descriptions are confusing and use nonsensical terms. I cannot believe I pay £150 a month for private insurance and I’m fobbed off to use this thing to watch prerecorded YouTube videos. Sickening.mveill1

I’ve used this app for both physio and emotional support and it’s a great way to connect with a health professional remotely. Highly recommend.Geavesy
Waste of time
Simply doesn’t work. Would rate 0 stars.
I had to wait a week for an appointment while unable to walk due to a knee injury only for the app not to function. Spent 45 minutes trying to get any connection without success. Asked to try again a day later and still didn’t work.
Felt sorry for my Physio who had to deal with this nonsense, had to ask for a refund and will now avoid Nuffield altogether until normal service can be resumed.Show lessFirebladewrangler
No appointment calendar
Nuffield expect you to use this app for appointments, but be warned it has no appointment calendar/reminder function. I’ve missed appointments- and been charged for them- as a result. A dreadful experience and I’ll avoid Nuffield overall in future,SAC28
